S/H rates are as follows:

Canada & USA: Minimum Flat Rate of $5.00 via Canada Post Regular mail for Cart Total less than $50
or 10% of Cart Total if Greater than $50 with a MAXIMUM of $25 via Canada Post Expedited (tracked) for Canada, For USA: Tracked Packet™ – USA

INTERNATIONAL: Minimum Flat Rate of $10.00 via Tracked Packet™ International mail for Cart Total less than $50
or 10% of Cart Total if Greater than $50 with a MAXIMUM of $40 via Tracked Packet™ International

SoftPro guarantees all stamps to be as described and as imaged on our website. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase for any reason, any stamp can be exchanged or returned within 30 days after
purchase, as long as we receive back the exact same stamps in the exact same condition in which they
were shipped to you. If you are not happy with any aspect of a stamp purchase, please contact us first, and
we will do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction, or provide a return request and issue you instructions on how to return the stamps.
