Added the file name as a field entry for Slide Attributes accessible during manual
slideshow playback using the F1 key. By changing the text in this field, you may
now rename image files during slideshow playback on the fly.

Added a thumbnail preview option to the File Rename dialog window. This
allows you to see a sample of each image, useful when renaming many files
at one time. The thumbnail option is disabled by default. A full screen
preview option has also been added, using either the View button or a
double click on the thumb image.
